(This is the single cd re-release of the cd from the 4-cd Switched-on Boxed Set. )

The album that changed the world is now available again as a single cd. Even after all these years it sounds amazing. Wendy Carlos meticulously restored and corrected the master tape and it has never sounded better. Like the boxed set, this cd includes bonus tracks: both the original 1968 and 1979 versions of the second movement for Brandenburg Concerto No. 3 and initial experiments with narration.
