Very extensive liner notes!

Great playing of Toccata BWV 911 in C Minor. It is a masterpiece of the fugue. BWV 911 is to harpsichord as to BWV 565 is to the organ. Kenneth Gilbert's playing is superb!

Only Toccatas BWV 910 and 911 were re-issued. The others couldn't fit. Aria Variata, Prelude and Fugue in a Minor BWV 894 is great and has also been re-issued on Archiv Masters 447297

Highly recommended!
