Joan Lippincott's playing here is excellent. While I prefer Peter Hurford's registration, I think Joan Lippincott's playing is better. The Toccata in E major is not included on this CD. It is considered by some to be a Prelude & Fugue instead of a Toccata & Fugue. The recording quality is not as good as it could be and it is sometimes difficult to hear each part of the music, but I think the advantages outweigh the disadvantages
